Delivery and payment
1.Delivery
All construction materials are delivered directly by manufacturers or their authorized distributors. After you place an order on the website, a manufacturer's representative will contact you to confirm delivery details, including timing, terms, and cost.
Fondau acts solely as a marketplace platform and is not a party to the delivery contract between the buyer and the manufacturer. We work only with verified and certified suppliers to support reliable delivery and product quality.
2.Payment Terms
Payment for an order is made in two stages:
- 1. 5% prepayment - paid on the website when the order is placed. This confirms the order and is transferred to the manufacturer to start processing.
- 2. Remaining balance - paid directly to the manufacturer during production or upon delivery, depending on the supplier's policy.
Fondau does not charge a commission on the main transaction amount and is not a party to the payment obligations between the buyer and the supplier.
3.Accepted Payment Methods

- Zelle
- Post-delivery payment

4.Order Process
- 1. Add the selected construction materials to your cart.
- 2. Make a 5% prepayment using your chosen payment method.
- 3. The manufacturer will contact you to confirm delivery details.
- 4. Pay the remaining balance directly to the manufacturer during or after fulfillment.
5.Returns and Refund Policy
1. General Return Policy
If an order was prepaid but the manufacturer declined or canceled it, the 5% prepayment will be fully refunded to the buyer within 5-10 business days.
Fondau issues refunds only for orders canceled before production or fulfillment begins.
2. Special Conditions for the Concrete Category
- 2.1. If concrete production has not started, the full payment amount will be refunded.
- 2.2. If concrete has already been produced or is in delivery, no refund is provided because concrete cannot be resold or reused.
The manufacturer may charge an additional fee to cover disposal and logistics expenses.
6.Important
After an order is confirmed, all financial transactions, delivery arrangements, and fulfillment responsibility rest with the manufacturer or supplier.
Fondau is not a carrier and assumes no liability for delivery delays, product damage, or other issues that arise during transportation.
